Attorney Jennifer Marietta listens to you and your goals. She provides capable and meticulous legal defense to reach the best outcome possible. She never shies away from a trial. Felony, misdemeanor, and Juvenile cases are all welcome.

Jennifer accepts a very limited amount of family law cases each year. Divorce, Dissolution, and Custody/Parenting Time matters requires compassionate and focused personal attention. Jennifer limits these cases so as to provide good service and attention to what matters to you most.
Jennifer also accepts landlord/tenant matters on a case by case basis.
MY VISION
I engage in several different practice areas, with one common thread, helping real people, solve real problems. My background is that of an advocate, and I am focused on finding a solution, not prolonging the bickering. I find that my problem solving approach is effective in the criminal law setting as well as in other areas of law.
I treat each person with compassion and respect, and understand that each problem is unique, and each person experiences conflict in a different way. I will always listen to your side of the story, and we will develop goals for your case together. My goal is to work within your comfort level to find a solution to your problem.
